The Philippine Civil Service Commission tapped me to posters for display in government offices nationwide, to bolster the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007. These posters were to remind civil servants of two policies: no noon breaks, and no “fixing,” i.e. the practice of accepting brides to expedite service or leapfrog paperwork.
The No Noon Break policy is to encourage speedier service and avoid bottlenecking of services for the public.
These posters were designed in 2011, and to this day, are still circulated with changes applied by the agency over the years.
